How much water, sugar and flour is called for, exactly?

I think it would be helpful if we can compare measurements from Turkish standards to English. Turkish Glasses equal= approx. one and half cup,(1-1/2 cup)
Turkish teaspoon is equal= approx.half teaspoon (1/2 tsp)
