Cilekli Milfoy Tatlisi Tarifi:

16 adet kare milfoy
750ml süt
2yk un (ya da pirinc unu)
2yk nisasta (bugday ya da misir)
1 cay bardagi toz seker (ya da stevia/h.cevizi sekeri)
1 yumurta
uzerine pudra sekeri, cilek



Milfoyleri buzluktan cikarip biraz yumusamalarini bekleyin. Biraz yumusayinca her birini ikiye kesin, kabarmamalari icin uzerine bicakla cizikler atin. 180C firinda hafif kizarana kadar pisirin. Muhallebi malzemelerini tencerede karistirarak pisirin ve sogutun. Soguyan milfoylerin uzerine krema sıkın. Cilekle susleyin, uzerine bir milfoy kati daha kapatip pudra sekeri serpin.
